Texas operates several Medicaid waiver programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and medically complex conditions. If you or a family member already holds waiver approval under CLASS, MDCP, or HCS, Azucena's Primary Home Care can serve as your home care agency — providing verified, bilingual, W-2 caregiver support in Cameron County.
Individuals currently enrolled in CLASS (adults and children with related conditions), MDCP (medically dependent children, ages 0–20), or HCS (Home and Community-based Services for adults with IDD).
