We verify the Texas Nurse Aide Registry to confirm no findings of abuse or neglect.
We screen against the OIG exclusion list and SAM.gov to confirm the caregiver can participate in federal programs including Medicaid.
We verify work eligibility, contact two professional references, and conduct a competency evaluation covering CPR/first aid, infection control, HIPAA, EVV system training (HHAeXchange), and dementia care basics.
