Alzheimer's and related dementias (ADRD) are disproportionately prevalent among the Hispanic 65+ population in the Rio Grande Valley, compounded by high rates of hypertension, diabetes, and hip fractures. Our caregivers receive specific dementia-care training and are supervised by our registered nurse administrator to ensure safe, dignified, and evidence-based support at home.
Individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias enrolled in STAR+PLUS HCBS. Also serves clients through STAR+PLUS State Plan, private pay, long-term care insurance, and Driscoll Health Plan.
